🛍️ Orders & Processing

• Turnaround Time: Most items ship within 3-5 business days, depending on order volume and customization. Customized items and seasonal drops may have extended processing times — these will be noted on product pages.
• Custom Orders: Personalized items require clear details at checkout or via the custom order form. I’ll confirm your request before production begins.
• Rush Orders: If you need something by a specific date, please contact me before ordering. I’ll do my best to accommodate!

📦 Shipping

• Shipping Zones: Currently shipping within the U.S. only. Local to Brodhead, KY? Select "Local Pickup" at checkout to skip the shipping fee and swing by for pickup!
• Rates: Flat-rate shipping applies to most items. Bundles may qualify for discounted or free shipping.
• Tracking: You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order ships.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

• Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of my products, custom orders are non-refundable unless there’s a mistake on my end.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos. I’ll make it right.
• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for replies, especially during busy seasons.

• Payments are securely processed via Stripe. I never store your payment information.
