I do not guarantee a perfect fit for your model. This may happen if the base is heavily modified or depending on the head and/or hair the avatar uses.
The robes use rotation constraints to avoid clipping. If you plan on attaching this outfit in Blender, highly recommend copying the constraints and physbones provided in the prefab. If you run into trouble, watch the unity portion of this tutorial for guidance.
