Once shipped, any delays or lost packages are out of my control. Due to COVID and postal service issues, please allow extra time for orders to arrive.

Please give it about 2-4 weeks for USA. For international, give it about 4-6 weeks depending on your country.

I don’t offer refunds or product replacements in the case of lost mail marked as delivered. I'm a small business that can't afford to acquire more expenses for things out of my control. Please contact your local postal service with the tracking number and follow their rules.

Please contact me ASAP with the correct address before I ship it out! Everyone has at least a day (for items already in stock, longer for preorders) to contact me with any shipping changes. Once I ship out an item and it is returned back to me due to an invalid address, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping to have it resent.

I ship orders out within a day of it being placed.*

*FOR KEYCHAINS AND OTHER OVERSEAS GOODS- I ship them out as soon as I receive them from my manufacturer. The times can vary greatly, and since they are manufactured overseas, they can take quite a while to get to you.
