IMPORTANT: Some Nitro assets require you to have boosted my Discord server for at least 3 weeks before commercial use is permitted. Please refer to the product page for details.

✦ You may not use any part of my assets or textures to create products for resale or redistribution.

✦ Do not claim my assets as your own work.

✦ Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the asset. Ownership of the asset is not transferred.

✦ You are responsible for keeping your purchased files secure. Sharing your files or allowing others access to them is considered redistribution.

✦ Leaking, ripping, sharing, or redistributing my products in any form is strictly prohibited.

Anyone found responsible will be permanently added to my public blacklist and will be banned from making any future purchases from my shop.

✦ You may edit my assets for personal use, but you must still credit me as the original creator.

✦ My assets are licensed for use in VRChat only. If you would like to use them for another project or platform, please contact me on Discord first.

✦ I am not responsible for any issues that may occur while editing or modifying my products in software such as Unity, Blender, Photoshop, or any other third-party application.

However, if you experience an issue with the original, unmodified product, please don't hesitate to contact me and I'll be happy to help.

✦ Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and refunds are not available.

✦ Violation of these Terms of Service may result in your license being revoked, a permanent ban from my shop, and placement on my public blacklist.
