YOUR PURCHASE

Each purchase is for the digital edition identified on the product page and receipt. Prices are one-time charges, with no subscription or physical shipment. The final total, including applicable taxes and fees, and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Download links are supplied after payment confirmation; keep your receipt to return to your download.

FORMAT AND REQUIREMENTS

The products contain editable English Markdown (.md) files in ZIP archives. Extract the ZIP and open Markdown in a compatible text editor. The Notion SOP is a manual setup kit, not a ready-to-duplicate Notion workspace. The video pack contains scripts and shot lists, not rendered videos. Third-party accounts and fees are separate.

LICENCE

One licence covers one business and up to three internal users, or an individual buyer's own use. You may adapt the materials for your correspondence, videos and internal workflows. Do not resell, sublicense, publicly share or redistribute source files, or use them to create a competing template product. Another business needs its own licence to access editable materials.

SCOPE AND SUPPORT

Custom writing, filming, editing, consulting and workspace implementation are not included. Contact us about access problems or defects; mandatory remedies do not require paid support. Future expanded editions may be sold separately without limiting required corrections. Examples are fictional and business outcomes are not guaranteed. Check facts, product claims and messages before use.

CONSUMER WITHDRAWAL

Consumers generally have 14 days from the day the contract is concluded to withdraw, or longer where required by law. KARUU does not ask you to waive this right by downloading. Notify KARUU AB by a clear statement to the email or postal address above before the withdrawal period ends. No reason or special wording is required. Provide enough information to identify the purchase; a missing order reference alone does not prevent withdrawal.

REFUNDS AND DEFECTS

For a valid withdrawal, we refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notification, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, with no refund fee. Stop further use of the supplied content; proof of deletion is not a condition of statutory withdrawal.

For faulty or non-conforming digital content, contact us with the affected file and problem. Statutory rights to conformity, price reduction or termination and refund, where applicable, remain available beyond the withdrawal period. Business buyers do not automatically receive a consumer change-of-mind right, but contractual and mandatory remedies remain unaffected.

OPTIONAL WITHDRAWAL NOTICE

To KARUU AB: I notify you that I withdraw from my purchase of [product/order details], ordered on [date]. My name is [name], my address is [address], and my purchase email is [email]. Date: [date]. A signature is needed only for a paper notice. This wording is optional.

APPLICABLE LAW

Swedish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or require consumers to use an exclusive Swedish court.
