About Me

Hi, I’m Dr. Krystal Alexander—a passionate healthcare professional, mentor, and advocate for student success. As a first-generation college graduate, I understand the challenges that come with navigating education and career decisions. My journey began in New York City, where I attended an early college high school and earned 61 Brooklyn College credits by the 12th grade. From there, I pursued a rigorous path in healthcare, earning my Bachelor's degree through St. John’s University’s accelerated Physician Assistant program. By the age of 23, I became a board-certified Physician Assistant.

With clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, and occupational health, I’ve dedicated my career to improving healthcare outcomes, especially in underserved communities across New York. In 2024, I earned my Doctorate in Healthcare Leadership and Administration at the age of 26, further fueling my passion for leadership and change in healthcare.

But beyond my work in healthcare, I’m deeply committed to empowering students and parents as they navigate the often challenging path from high school to career success. Through this eBook, I aim to share practical tools, insights, and strategies to help both parents and students build a strong foundation for a successful future.

Whether you’re looking to support your child’s academic journey, explore career paths, or simply prepare for what’s next, I’m here to guide you with the knowledge I’ve gained along the way.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your family’s success story!
