Before building KTS Strategies, I spent over a decade supporting small businesses across operations, finance, administration, and client experience. I worked inside fast-moving service companies and behavioral‑health organizations, watching capable business owners slowly burn out under admin overload, late‑night catch‑up work, and the pressure to be in every department at once.
