Before purchasing any product from KTW Sales, please carefully read through this TOS before making any decisions

By using any of our products, you automatically

agree with the Terms Of Service

You can't:

• Redistribute (share) KTW Sales models, including freeware, for a fee or free to anyone, even your best mates. Violating that rule will count as leaking.
• Use parts of KTW Sales models, including freeware, in your own creations, without crediting KTW Sales.
• Gifting models is prohibited, the model has been bought by you, therefore only you can use it.
• Take credit for any KTW Sales models, including freeware.
• Share models with blacklisted users (check Blacklisted Users).
• If you are blacklisted, you are not allowed to use any KTW Sales models at all.

Violating rules stated above will result with your assets being taken away. You will also be blacklisted from KTW Sales and any ally group if they wish to, you will also face legal action taken on you.

You can:

• Modify the models, for example adding your own details, making custom liveries, improving current details, etc.
• Use models in your own games.
• note about locomotives: if you bought any KTW Sales locomotive and would like to send it as visitor to other game, please contact store owner (@sillykoni) through DMs on Discord or ⁠support.

KTW Sales does not provide refunds for any products due to the fact that we cannot accept a return to a digitally purchased product, and we can not be 100% sure that you, as a customer, will not abuse refund system to get your money back, but then continue to use the model. Note that the licenses can be taken away from you if you violate any of the TOS, so make sure to think twice before purchasing.

The TOS of KTW Sales can update at any point, make sure to check them regularly in case if any changes happen, although they are usually being announced.
