Cancellations and refunds

Under UK consumer law, customers purchasing digital content online may have a 14-day cancellation right. This right can end when the digital download begins, provided the customer has given the required express consent and acknowledged that they will lose their cancellation right.

We will only rely on this exception where the relevant legal requirements have been met.

If you have purchased a workbook by mistake, are experiencing download difficulties, or have another concern, please contact us so we can review your request.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. If digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under UK consumer law.
