Throughout my career, I had the privilege of caring for hundreds of individuals living with dementia. I quickly learned that while we can't change the disease, we can change how we respond. Often, the right words—and the right approach—can turn fear into comfort and frustration into connection.

Today, I write books and practical resources to help caregivers feel more confident and less alone. My goal is to provide real-life tools that families can begin using immediately while honoring the dignity of the person they love.
