I am always interested in hearing what people would like to receive. You can be super specific, like asking for "a red and orange eight-page template for a fire bender from Avatar." Or you can be general, such as, "Another multi-muse template." I accept it all, so long as there's no hate/ill will attached to it.

I don't guarantee that I will make all requests that I receive, but if I find it inspiring, I will!

In recognition that not everyone is able to afford a commission but can still want a very specific document, I try to have a giveaway 1-2 times a year. I cannot guarantee when these will happen or how long they will be open. Everyone is welcome to join, and a winner will be selected to receive a free template.

It is not the same as a commission, though; the template will go to the winner but also be posted in my store for others. There are certain parameters to the kinds of characters/projects I accept, as I don't want to make anything too niche for others to be interested in. Unlike a commission, I am also allowed to deviate a bit if my creativity takes me down a certain path. Full details on these policies will be shared with the information on the giveaways themselves.

When a giveaway opens, it will be posted on my Tumblr.

Right now, all my templates are made in English by default. I would be happy to offer them in more languages, but I don't trust translation services or use AI. If you want to translate any of my templates into your native language and make that final version available to everyone in my store, please feel free to ask if this is something that we could collaborate on. I'd be happy to discuss giving you a discount on the template(s) you translate. Please do not jump into doing this without asking and then demand a discount.

More importantly, please act in good faith and not lie or use AI for this opportunity. I prefer that you only translate a template into your native language(s) to ensure accuracy.

For example, if you want to use a template of mine because you like the layout, but you want it to have a different color scheme or slightly different vibe, I am more than willing to help. I know that making a big aesthetic change can be overwhelming.

For €2+ per page, I am happy to transform a template into a new version that fits your vision. We can discuss further increases to the price if the work is more complicated, and further decreases to the price if I am allowed to make the final product available in my store. (By default, it will be exclusive to you.)

Sometimes, a template I've made is almost perfect for what you need, but not quite. This ends up being a bit similar to the above, where I make changes to a template that already exists. However, in this circumstance, you'll be able to commission me to make additional, brand new pages that match the already-existing style of the template. Perhaps I have a template that doesn't have a relationships/connections page on it, and you'd like to commission me to add one for you. It can be whatever you need, for whatever template you'd like!

If the design remains the same as the already-existing template, these "hybrid" commission prices start at €6+ per new page. You can also combine it with altering the colors and such, for prices to be discussed!

I want to help people who are interested in the world of using Google Docs for characters or other projects, but are intimidated by the process. So I offer the opportunity of filling in a Google Doc on your behalf. I understand that this process is time-consuming and potentially overwhelming, and I don't want "not knowing how" to be a barrier for your next project's dream layout.

You can send me your character/world/whatever text in a normal, undesigned document, as well as any template you want this information in. For €2+ per page, I will put it together for you! I am open to doing this for templates that aren't mine as well. (If it's someone else's paid/exclusive doc, I will not make my own copy. All will be deleted the second you have your filled-in version.) But I recognize that permission lies with the other template creators. So we will have to see, on a case-by-case basis. Many of the creators might be willing to help you as well tbh!

I offer the opportunity for you to pay for a template in my style, and the resulting work is (1) led by your design direction, and (2) exclusive to you* (see policies and prices for further explanation).

This allows for a template to be made tailored to your vision, as well as to the amount of information you have for a character/concept/etc. The template is a new design created just for this.

At the current moment, I am only making Google Docs (and maybe Google Slides) templates, but I hope to explore more options in the future.

Please read the below sections for more information, and then fill in my COMMISSION SUBMISSION FORM.

My work is generally priced at €9+ per page for an individual template. If you want it for a server, that's possible, but we will need to discuss additional fees.

• I retain the right to increase the price if you are requesting something that will require more time and work than average. This will be communicated well in advance.
• There are also situations which may allow for price reductions, i.e., a multi-muse doc where every or almost every element is repeated across pages.
• If a version of your template is also going to be available in my store for purchase, the discounted rate starts at €6+ per page.
• If you are curious about how I decide my prices: a page usually takes me more than an hour, although occasionally I’m in a flow and it clicks faster. But creation prices also reflect the time of finding images, brainstorming, trying ideas that end up not working, etc. So, I essentially charge around half the minimum wage of my country per page (even if it takes me more than an hour), to respect the effort I put into things while also being as reasonable as possible for the customer.

I will send you a private payment link (either through my store in Payhip or PayPal) which will allow you to pay with a variety of secure payment options, i.e., PayPal, Apple Pay, a credit card, or a debit card. You will also need to pay the relevant fees to cover the transfer, which I cannot list here in full because it depends on your country of origin. Generally, for everyone, this is a small flat fee (I think in most cases €0.35) + 2.90%. However, there might be an additional fee between 1%-4% of the final price. (In my experience, it ends up being around €1-3, so nothing too scary!)

• You do not need to have a Payhip or PayPal account yourself to access and pay via these links.

You can choose to pay in two installments or one installment.

• Two payments: half up-front to begin my work on it, and half during the midway point of creation to finalize my work on it. You will only receive the template access once the second payment has gone through and the template is completed.
• One payment: paid in full to begin my work on it and receiving it as soon as it's done.
• Additional design and editing fees will be discussed in detail if they become applicable. You are also required to pay these before you receive access to your final template.

A potential commission begins by you filling in my COMMISSION SUBMISSION FORM.

• Filling this in does not legally bind you to follow-through with hiring me or legally bind me into accepting/completing your commission. It's mostly to get the ball rolling on you sharing your idea with me and us getting in touch to see if this can come together :) With a sprinkle of getting your consent for the data needed to chat about and conduct a commission.

With a commission, your desires are the utmost priority. Here are some of your rights/what you can expect to happen after you submit that form:

• I am happy to go back-and-forth as long as needed in the design discussion process. I can wait as long as you need to finish thinking about or writing something. You can change your mind a hundred times, ask a bunch of questions, etc. I’m open to it all.
• After your vision is clear to me, we will finalize the prices and your payment schedule. When these final agreements are made, I will send you the first payment link.
• Upon payment, we have entered a binding agreement for you to finish paying for and for me to complete the commission.

When I receive payment for a commission, I will then send you three things for approval:

• A color palette
• A Pinterest board
• A document outline

I will wait for your approval on these three things before beginning the document.

• When I begin working on the template, it is up to you whether you want to receive the link of the document I am actively working on or not. You can view it as much or as little as you’d like, even watching me work if that tickles your fancy.
• See "Feedback During a Commission" for more details on how we will go back and forth while it is being created.

When the document is complete and paid for, you will receive a link to the master version of the document. This will allow you to make your own copy of it to have in your account. Don't forget to copy-lock it (and any future versions of it) if you will be sharing it for viewing with others!

Once you have paid and I have begun working, you are entitled to three rounds of feedback. I will reach out to you specifically for this feedback regardless of whether you wanted the “working doc” link to view or not.

• ROUND ONE: I will send between 1-3 pages, fully or partially complete, to check if I’m beginning in the right direction. You are entitled to as much feedback as needed here, even going so far as to scrapping all the pages shared. However, if you change your mind in a way that completely invalidates the color, board, and outline that you previously approved, there will be a €5 flat fee incurred to return to the design planning process.
• I will only begin working again once (a) you have approved the design so far, or (b) you have given your feedback for the new design. If you opted for (b), we will return to the beginning of round one again. Approving the design means that you accept the direction the template is going in. Be as critical as you need to be in this phase.
• ROUND TWO: I will check-in somewhere between 50-75% done with the template to see how you’re feeling about it. You are entitled to only small or moderate changes for free at this point, such as minor layout changes across one or a few of the pages. Deciding to redo everything at this point, i.e., going back to square one and restarting, will incur an additional €3-9 per page fee. That is why it’s imperative that you give thoughtful feedback in round one.
• If you are paying in two installments, this is when I will send the second payment link. Potential feedback fees incurred thus far will also be included in this payment. I will only continue working to finish the document after both feedback and the second payment have been received.
• ROUND THREE: When I consider the document complete, I will send you everything for approval. At this stage, you are only entitled to make minor changes. Anything larger will incur a redesign fee at my discretion, based on the volume of the necessary additional work.
• When the design is approved and/or the final fees paid, you will receive the link for making your own copy of the document. The work is done! Whoo!

Regarding feedback, I am from a pretty blunt culture. It is most helpful for my work if you are as honest and straightforward about what you want from the very beginning. You don’t need to apologize for being too specific, wanting an exact image or font, or knowing something that you don’t like, etc. It is also not a personal attack or insult in any capacity if you don’t like something I’ve made. I really can handle you letting me know you’re not a fan of something! The goal is for you to love your template, and that will only be the case if you advocate for your vision. So no need to hold back on what you want to see, even if you have to tell me that you’re not a fan! That being said, of course kindness and respect are always appreciated.

My standard usage agreement applies to commissioned templates as well.

Additionally:

• You own all of the writing and ideas that piloted the direction and content of this commission. I retain authorship of the concepts within the template (i.e., its layout), which I grant you access to for respectable use upon full payment and completion of the template.
• Your commission is automatically exclusive for you. If I think your request could appeal to a broader audience, I might offer a discount to then create a blank version for purchase in my store. You are always welcome to refuse this offer and keep your template exclusive. I cannot guarantee that I will make this offer, as it depends on the idea and appeal of the template itself.
• I retain the right to reject a commission if it is outside the scope of reasonable work or a topic/design that makes me uncomfortable. I can reject any commission for any reason without further explanation.
• I retain the right to open and close my new commission availability as best suits me.
• If you are paying in one installment, paying the fee triggers me to begin the work. Your payment is acknowledgement that you agree to my policies and that you are obliged to pay any potential additional fees incurred (as described in "Feedback During a Commission") because it is part of the contracted work.
• If you are paying in two installments, paying the first fee triggers me to begin the work. Your payment is acknowledgement that you agree to my policies and that you are obliged to pay the second installment and potential additional fees incurred (as described in "Feedback During a Commission") because it is part of the contracted work.
• I am obliged to finish commissions that have already been paid for to the best of my ability in a reasonable timeframe. If there are circumstances restricting me from finishing in the original timeline or at all, this will be communicated in a reasonable fashion without undue delay.
• Refunds cannot be requested if my work has begun. Refunds might be offered, as initiated by me, if there are circumstances that will no longer allow me to finish a commission.

I’m really appreciative that anyone is interested in my work! However, I recognize that you are under no obligation to commission me. That is also why I do not begin the real work of any commission until payment has been received.

If you change your mind about commissioning me before you pay, I completely respect that. It is my personal preference to hear from you that you won’t be moving forward with the order rather than being ghosted by you, but the latter does happen quite a lot. So, no worries, I’m used to it, and no hard feelings! You’re still allowed to reach out again in the future if that happens. I really don’t judge or hold a grudge!
