The following guidelines are the purchase terms instated by Kaliber Tech, a Roblox development organization. You are subject to every single one of the following terms when buying ANY of the assets owned by ANY of the companies or servers listed under Kaliber Tech. Please read the following terms carefully.

Term I. Relative Possession.

Upon redeeming a valid license key for a product or buying a product from our parcel hub, your roblox player ID for your account used to purchase the product will be whitelisted to that product, ALONG with all current groups directly owned by your account.

Term II. Acknowledgment of What Exactly is Being Bought

When you buy a product from any of the companies listed under Kaliber Tech, you are buying the scripts for that product created by any of the developers that work for any of the companies listed under the Kaliber Tech. When purchasing a product, you are acknowledging that you are only being charged for the scripts for the product unless otherwise stated. You also acknowledge the scripts in a product are entirely independent from any other scripts not created by developers at Kaliber Tech unless otherwise stated.

Term III. Disclosure of your Player ID. 

You acknowledge that upon being whitelisted for any item made under Kaliber Tech, the roblox player ID of the account used to whitelist or purchase the items under Kaliber Tech will be stored within our database. If you attempt to use any of our products without being whitelisted, your roblox player ID will appear in our database with the tag “Leaked”, allowing us to take action against your Roblox and discord account. Thus, we will disclose your player ID and username to other Roblox technology groups to ensure the security and safety of our assets and other people’s assets. You acknowledge that in the event you acquire the “Leaked” tag, you will be prevented from using any products made by any of the companies listed under Kaliber Tech in the present and future. If you wish to deprive yourself of the leaker tag, you may open a ticket in any of the servers listed under Kaliber Tech to discuss your options based on the severity of the behavior that earned your account the leaker tag.

Term IV. Anti-Dissemination.

The dissemination or sharing of our products to ANY individuals without our written and auditory permission is strictly prohibited. Any individuals or groups found to be disseminating our products will be subject to action under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998. Roblox accounts, discord accounts, accounts on other platforms, and other subsidiary accounts affiliated with the dissemination carried out by these individuals or groups will also be subject to action on behalf of our moderation program and discord’s admins.

Term V. Exclusive Ownership.

We retain constant exclusive ownership of all our products, including any updates, upgrades, or new versions. When you are given the file and whitelisted for a product made by any of the companies listed under Kaliber Tech, you are NOT being given permission to distribute or sell that product or any parts of that product, and you are NOT being given any forms of ownership rights to that product.

Term VI. Whitelist Deprivation.

If we receive information suggesting a buyer is a scammer or a leaker, their whitelists to any of the products by any company listed under Kaliber Tech assuming they have purchased them, will be revoked immediately and they will be permanently banned from our discord server and affiliated discord servers, and will be given the leaker tag in our database to prevent them from using any of the products made by any of the companies listed under Kaliber Tech. Depending on whether they were a leaker or a scammer, they will be subject to action under the DMCA of 1998. If we receive information a buyer is a potential scammer or potential leaker, they will also be given the leaker tag. However, this tag can be removed assuming they open a ticket or inform our staff of the existence of this tag, in which case our staff members can have a proper discussion with the individual at hand to determine whether the tag can be removed or not.

Term VII. Anti-Tampering.

You are not allowed to tamper or modify any of the module scripts, local scripts, or server scripts within any of the products made by any of the companies listed under Kaliber Tech, and sell it as your own in any way, shape, or form.

Term VIII. Changes to Terms. 

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without notice. It is the responsibility of the user to check for updates to these terms in any one of the discord server listed under Kaliber Tech.

Term IX. General Deprivation.

You acknowledge that your whitelist to any of the products you purchased under Kaliber Tech can be revoked at any time for any reason.

Term X. No Refunds

You acknowledge after buying any asset(s) from Kaliber Tech no refunds will be offered for those asset(s) in any scenario. All purchases are final.
