Kamila Shakur is an interdisciplinary artist, spiritual practitioner, archivist, & researcher. Her practice is rooted in Familial Energy Work, the Black Radical Tradition, & Creative Spirit Work. Utilizing these frameworks, she prioritizes preserving Black history & Black futures. Her primary goals are to de-mythologize oppressive systems, shift perspectives out of colonial ideologies, offer resources for artists & world-builders, & develop protocols for spiritual, mental, material, & creative liberation through nu/ancient technologies.
