Before creating The IT Therapist series, Kareem spent over 14 years on the front lines of corporate and global hospitality IT—including more than 12 years as Assistant IT Manager for Marriott and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, as well as providing 24/7 resident network and systems support across flagship properties including the JW Marriott, Conrad Cairo, Sheraton Cairo, and Sheraton Heliopolis. Across his career, he has deployed, maintained, and audited multi-generation Windows Server domain controllers, Active Directory forests, Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM/SCCM) & MDT environments, WSUS/SUP patch infrastructures, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), VMware vSphere clusters, and enterprise wireless networks.

Today, as the creator of the IT Visualizer YouTube channel and a B2B technical multimedia specialist, Kareem transforms dense, high-stakes systems administration manuals and enterprise lab builds into engaging visual infographics, deep-dive audio consultations, and step-by-step video walkthroughs in both English and Arabic. Combining deep multi-vendor technical certifications with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Helwan University, he bridges the gap between the server room and the executive boardroom.
