In early 2017, Karen Gardinier became the Executive Director for an Alcohol & Drug Medical Detox and In-Patient Treatment Center in Southern California.
Karen’s personal story of long-term sobriety, soul crushing relapse and her struggle back from homelessness was paramount in helping addicts and their families find help. Her business & spiritual efforts at the Treatment Center brought opportunity for the successful sale of the company and Karen found herself with valuable experience and resources and no venue to utilize it.
Karen wanted to utilize the experience and understanding of detox, treatment, insurance, out-patient programs, sober living and family dynamics to help as many individuals & families as she could.
