Story

"I became fascinated with us

as beings of light and energy that

could tap into our core energy of love

to transform ourselves and our lives.

I came from a family of origin with a lot of love, and a high level of dysfunction.

Growing up in this house of fear and blame,

I couldn't understand the meanness,

the rage, or the apathy.

Being highly sensitive I could feel all the pain under the surface - and I could feel the deep love that was underneath all of it.

And it felt like a minefield. 

Feeling unsafe and shell-shocked, always walking on eggshells, I struggled with the sense of being functionally challenged and a deep disconnect from my true feeling and wanting.

I felt both unseen and afraid to be seen.

And all along, I had a deep knowing

that there must be a better way.

It instilled in me a driving mission to

understand the cause, and find

a way out that could help others,

interrupting the cycle of dysfunction and abuse from being perpetuated and passed on.

That mission inspired me to develop

TIMSHEL: The Power Link

from my own journey through dysfunction

to finding the way out.

I discovered I was very Spiritually Intuitive

and focused for many years on learning

about and practicing energy work.

After powerful and life changing

inner guidance to Trust Love Now,

that became my North Star.

I develop and facilitate workshops

and various forms of release work

based on this guidance."

Kat has been practicing

A Course In Miracles since 1986

and the Option Process since 1992.

"Integrating these two approaches

to healing became such a personally

life altering process I felt

guided to share it with others.

(my signature program)

was birthed through this process.

Release work grew out of a need

to help workshop participants

let go of their resistance to

stop withholding love and happiness.

Option Dialogues evolved into

a combination of Uncovering,

Deep-Caring, and Energy Release."
