YTo download digital files follow these steps:
Log into your account: Use the email and password you used during purchase.
Access your Products page: Click on the "Your Products" section.
Select the digital download: Find the digital item you purchased.
Download the files: Click the download link to access your digital files.

🎀 How to Personalize:
✨️ Embroidery can be done in any font or thread color. If not specified it will default to the designer's choice
- Please see color chart in pictures and add in the personalization section at the check-out.
🧵 Personalization/ Questions will be displayed once you check out.
- Select your embroidery style you wanted and follow the instructions. Enter your information in the personalization box:
Example: Name (s), design, font style, and the thread color for the lettering. If not specified it will default to the designer's choice.
★ IMPORTANT for NEW DESIGNS:
A proof will be sent to you via a message, prior to embroidering. Please approve it in order to avoid a delay in shipping. I cannot make your keepsake until you approve it.
★ NOTE: Please make sure spelling is correct on the embroidery information when you place the order! Fixing errors will result in a extra charge.

Payment ✔
- PayPal payments and other major credit cards.
- The Paypal payments: I ship to address listed on your PayPal account. Make sure your current PayPal email address is up to date.
- I accept cancelling your order within the 24-hour window of your original order date. After 24hr. supplies are already being gathered. A refund will be issued minus any supplies that have been purchased.
📦Packaging & Shipping:
- Made to order with care
- Production Time: 2-5 working days after the reception of payment.
- I will keep in contact with you during the process of completing your order. Once the package left my workplace I cannot be held responsible for the delay in shipping time.
- Ships in 3-7 business days
- Most orders are packaged using 100% recyclable shipping boxes, poly mailer, envelops, wrapping paper, ship through USPS and does not include insurance.
Return, Refund & Exchanges*
Disclaimer:
- All custom orders are made-to-order and may require longer turnaround time.
- The current estimated processing time is about 10-20 business days.
- Please note that fabric and thread colors may vary slightly from photos due to differences in materials and screen monitors.
Returns, Refund & Exchanges:
- NO Return, Refund or Exchanges on personalized items / custom made orders, unless is my error I will replace the product.
- As this item will be custom embroidery for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
- If there’s an issue (e.g., defect or error), contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work to resolve the problem promptly.
- Embroidery will be exactly as ordered. I will not be held responsible for a misspelling made by the buyer.
- We are not responsible for orders that are mailed out before deadline and delayed due to USPS.
- We are not liable for MISSING/ STOLEN parcels.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
I reserve the right to use a different fabric, color of thread, or ribbon if I am out of the exact fabric, color of thread, or ribbon that is featured in the purchased listing. I will adhere to the color scheme, but the pattern may vary.
