  • All custom orders are made-to-order and may require longer turnaround time.
  • The current estimated processing time is about 10-20 business days.
  • Please note that fabric and thread colors may vary slightly from photos due to differences in materials and screen monitors.


Returns, Refund & Exchanges:

Can I get a refund after purchasing the product?

Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds for our products. Please check out the product description carefully before making a purchase. If you have any doubts or questions about the product, feel free to get in touch with us before buying by clicking “Contact” at the top of the page. If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we will have to dispute it. We work hard to offer you the best products and services, and we appreciate your support and understanding.


  • NO Return, Refund or Exchanges on personalized items / custom made orders, unless is my error I will replace the product.
  • As this item will be custom embroidery for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
  • If there’s an issue (e.g., defect or error), contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work to resolve the problem promptly.
  • Embroidery will be exactly as ordered. I will not be held responsible for a misspelling made by the buyer.
  • We are not responsible for orders that are mailed out before deadline and delayed due to USPS.
  • We are not liable for MISSING/ STOLEN parcels.
