About Me
Hi, I’m Kate, the creator of Kate’s Home Fitness — a place where home workouts are made fun, doable, and welcoming for real people at real stages of life.
My fitness philosophy is simple: no amount of movement is too small. Whether you are doing a full workout, a short walk, a few minutes of stretching, or just getting started again after a long break, it all counts. Every bit of movement is a deposit into your wellness bank.
Kate’s Home Fitness was created to help women, active seniors, beginners, and anyone who wants a more approachable way to move. My goal is not to make fitness feel intimidating or impossible. My goal is to help you feel capable, encouraged, and supported right where you are.
Through walking workouts, rebounding, strength training, stretching, and low-impact movement, I focus on workouts that can be done at home, at your own pace, with options to modify when needed. I believe fitness should help you feel better in your body, not punished by your body.
As women move through different seasons of life, including menopause, our bodies can change in ways that feel frustrating. Weight gain, belly changes, lower energy, sleep struggles, mood shifts, and loss of muscle tone can all feel discouraging. But you are not broken, and you are not alone. With consistent movement, strength training, nourishing food choices, self-care, and patience, you can still feel strong, vibrant, and confident.
Kate’s Home Fitness is built on encouragement, consistency, and a can-do attitude. We do not chase perfection here. We celebrate showing up.
Stronger you. Healthier you. Thriving you.
