Introduction Session
I introduce the subject of insomnia. I ask you to look at your lifestyle, your stress level, any health issues you may have and your evening and bedtime behaviour, as well as possible disturbances from other parties, as they can all impact your sleep.
I deliver a full and comprehensive explanation and presentation about how the brain works, and particularly how it works in relation to insomnia.
I start teaching you some techniques and exercises to help address your insomnia.
