Hello, my name is Katy HartLing, I'm a retiree who loves to play with my camera. I have a wide variety of images to explore. You will see a lot of Rainbow colors in the images that follow.

Rainbow means "Hope" to this artist and I like to share hope where ever I go.

I have 34 years of experience in Social Services as a front line worker. I had the honor of assisting individuals of all walks of life.

My love of the magic of #Rainbows started in 2010 when I had one of my "special" prisms, (trade secret), sitting atop a Raven figurine that was sitting on the window sill in my bedroom. The beam of the rainbow flowed across my dresser. I had a feather near by and had the inspiration to place the feather within the beam of the rainbow.

Thus began 13 years of fun in the sun. I call that first image "New Beginnings". I've used many different medium to capture my images.

I also enjoy Macro photography and some of my images reflect that.
