Buying an avatar you are agreeing to my TOS. All avatars are NON-REFUNDABLE. You may not republish and claim as your own. You also are not allowed to Trade packages or upload a package onto someone elses account. If caught doing so you and your friend will be BANNED from both STORE and SERVER!

All assets on my avatars will be listed bellow the avatar in the description.

All Assets will be Credited to the Creator as well as have hyper links to the dedicated product.

You are NOT allowed to take an asset off an avatar and use it as your own. You are to PURCHASE the asset YOURSELF!
