My work is grounded in a simple belief: you don’t need the title to start leading.

After nearly two decades working in Human Resources and partnering with leaders at different levels of organizations, I've learned that career growth isn't just about being good at your job.

I've spent much of my career helping leaders navigate people, performance and some of the workplace conversations most people would rather avoid. Along the way, I've also experienced my own journey from employee to leader and learned plenty of lessons I wish someone had shared with me earlier.

So I created this space to share the lessons, tools and support I wish more aspiring leaders had access to.

A little about my journey

I'm an HR leader and strategist with nearly 20 years of experience across the employee lifecycle, including HR business partnering, leadership development, employee relations, organizational development, talent management, performance and workplace culture.

But some of my greatest leadership lessons haven't come from a textbook. They've come from navigating real workplaces, working with different leaders, having difficult conversations, making mistakes, managing people challenges and learning what it really takes to build credibility and influence over time.

Those are the lessons I share here.
