Due to the nature of our products, all digital product sales are final once the product has been delivered or downloaded. If you experience an issue with your digital file, please contact us so we can help.

For physical products, please contact us if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Eligibility for a replacement or refund will be reviewed based on the circumstances.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped unless the product listing specifically states otherwise. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have a compatible device or application before purchasing.

Shipping

Processing and shipping times vary by product. Some physical products may be made to order, so please review the individual product description for estimated processing times. Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.

Cancellations

Digital orders cannot be canceled once the digital product has been delivered. Physical-order cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, cancellation may not be available.

Privacy

Customer information is used only as necessary to process orders, provide customer support, and operate our store. Payment information is securely processed through our payment providers and is not stored directly by Keep it Written.
