I have been a personal trainer for 6 years. I enjoy helping others to reach their health and fitness goals. I focus mainly on weight loss for women between the ages of 25-75. I do also provide muscle building programs for women, as well as lifestyle management and goal setting. Prior to becoming a personal trainer I was a registered nurse. In my spare time I love to flamenco dance, belly dance, and study muay thai. I love travel too!
