Pastor Kelvin K. Lucas- husband, father, author and Leadership Coach- grew up in Rocky Mount, NC. As a student attending Rocky Mount Senior High School, his journey towards servanthood began when he obtained his first job at the age of 16 at a local retail store. From that time, he began to embark upon learning a trade that has spanned for over 25 years and has taught him the essential key to empowerment...SERVING.
After attending North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina where he received a B.A. Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing, Pastor Lucas took his trade to the next level by accepting a corporate executive position with a major retailer. Through those years he learned the leadership dimensions that would transition him into the next season of his life.
Pastor Lucas truly understands the meaning of servanthood and has taken that passion to the community as a recreational sports coach, parent leader within the educational system and mentor within the community at large.
