My name is Gertrudis Evans, and I am a wife, mother, grandmother, and a woman of God whose life has been transformed by His grace.

I was born and raised in New Jersey to parents from Puerto Rico. My journey hasn’t been easy—I’ve experienced brokenness, pain, and moments where I felt lost. But through it all, God never left me. He met me in my lowest places and began a work of healing, restoration, and transformation in my life.

Today, I share my story to encourage other women who may be going through their own struggles. My books, Restored by Grace and A Kept Woman, were written from real-life experiences and a deep desire to remind others that no matter what they’ve been through, God is able to restore, redeem, and keep them.

I am also the heart behind Kept Woman Ministries, where my mission is to uplift, encourage, and point women back to God’s truth.
