-Do NOT leak/share/Pricesplit my package with anyone

-Do NOT purchase from me if you know nothing about unity or dont have a pc

-Do NOT upload my work to filesharing websites/piracy websites

-Do NOT make the model nor your edits of this model public

-You can NOT take parts for your own personal or commercial models

-I am NOT held accountable for any future game updates that may break the avatar nor am I accountable to fix all issues they may cause

-No refunds due to the nature of these models being a digital one

-You can NOT make any kind of profit off of my avatars, neither using them as showcase material for textures, nor streaming etc.

-> contact me for a commercial streaming license

-You can NOT import any of my models to other games than vrchat

Assets

-You have to credit me, with either my payhip link or discord tag ( khihani )

-You are not allowed to share these assets with anyone else

-You can not resell these assets as is

-Assets are allowed on for sale, nitro & public avatar

-You can use these assets for commissions. Both, commissioner and client have to own the asset invdividually. SHARING THE ASSET TO THE COMMISSIONER IS NOT ALLOWED.

-You can use assets that are 5$ or under 5$ on free Avatars

-Do not convert these assets to Sims 4, Sims 3, Sims 2, IMVU, Second Life & GTA

-If you break any of my TOS, I have all rights to DMCA you

-I do not offer refunds, due to the nature of these assets being digital
