Because all products sold through our store are digital downloads, please carefully review our refund policy before making a purchase.
Digital Product Sales
All products available at Kids Learning World are delivered electronically as digital files. No physical products are shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final.
No Refunds on Downloaded Products
Once a digital product has been purchased and the download has been made available, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and therefore waive your right to cancel the purchase once the download has been delivered.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- You were charged multiple times for the same order.
- You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.
- You experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your files, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- The purchased file is corrupted or incomplete, and a replacement cannot be provided.
