This means no other VR platforms or use for VTubers without permission

Breaking my TOS will result in a warning, if enough offenses has been committed with no intentions of change or correction, or if the offense is severe enough, it will result in a ban as well as blacklisting.

My assets can generally be used on free + public avis UNLESS otherwise is stated in the description of the asset. If in doubt don't be afraid to ask me

If u have a known history of leaking or fail to fill out the required info in the checkout form u will be banned n blacklisted from shop n ur license + access to assets/avis will be revoked

♡ Free to use for personal, public, and free. UNLESS otherwise is listed in the description of the asset

♡ My FREE assets can only be used on personal, free or public projects, AKA non-commercial/no profit projects, UNLESS the commercial license has been purchased. Nitro is considered as paid, not free.

♡ My PAID as well as FREE assets cannot be used on anything costing more than 35USD, UNLESS the extended license was bought.

♡ If the Discord and VRC username provided is incorrect or lacking the license will be seen as null and void,

and I will revoke your access to the item and you will be banned from purchasing from me again.

♡ Do not redistribute or resell in anyway. Only allowed on finished avis/projects.

♡ 1 license = 1 person. For collabs, duos etc. each person involved need to own the asset.

♡ For commission work the one making the commission needs to own the asset.

♡ Credit me if used. You need to link directly to the listing of the asset used. If the asset isn't up on my store anymore, link directly to my gumroad/payhip/store/website.

♡ I am not responsible for future VRChat/Unity/Blender updates that may break the build.

♡ NO REFUNDS. You're buying a digital product.
