Hi, I’m Liz.

A few years ago my body completely changed. After adrenal dysfunction, inflammation, and other health struggles, I gained 30–40 pounds and felt exhausted physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

I tried everything. Diets, supplements, resets, and workout plans. Nothing lasted, and many things made me feel worse.

Eventually I realized I couldn’t just diet my way out of burnout. I needed to rebuild my daily habits and rhythms first.

So I started very small.

I focused on three simple habits: opening my Bible every morning before my phone, protecting my mornings from distractions, and walking daily in a way my body could handle.

Those small habits began restoring my mind, discipline, and energy. Once those rhythms became consistent, I slowly adjusted my nutrition and my body finally started responding.

Since then I’ve been able to lose over 20 pounds while also experiencing better energy, fewer cravings, and a deeper connection with God.

I created these guides to help other women who feel stuck, inflamed, exhausted, or discouraged begin a simple reset through faith-centered habits and realistic lifestyle changes.
