How to ask for help or a refund

1. Go to our Contact page.
2. Tell us the product name and the email address you used at checkout.
3. Briefly describe what isn't working for you.

We'll work with you to make it right.

Making it right includes a full refund. If you ask within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund you in full, no hard feelings.

How refunds are paid

Checkout is handled by Payhip. If a refund is given, it is processed through Payhip back to the payment method you used at checkout.
