Klygenix Store sells digital products (PDF eBooks). Because a digital file can't be returned once it has been downloaded, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds for change of mind.

We will gladly give you a full refund or a replacement if:

• you were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment);
• the file is corrupted or won't open, and we can't fix it within 3 working days of your report; or
• you paid but never received the download link, and we can't resolve it within 3 working days.

How to ask for a refund: email klygenixtech@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order receipt and a short description of the problem.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show the credit.

Cancellations: because delivery is instant, an order can't be cancelled once payment is complete.
