To ensure a smooth and timely process for all custom orders, consistent and prompt communication is required. I do not tolerate delayed, inconsistent, or unresponsive communication regarding custom orders. All communication must come directly from the person who placed the order.
If you are unable or unwilling to respond in a timely manner, or if someone else attempts to contact me on your behalf, I reserve the right to cancel your order without notice.
Harassment, threats, or disrespectful behavior towards me or my business will not be tolerated and will be reported to the appropriate platforms and authorities if necessary.
Please respect this policy so I can provide the best service to all my customers. Failure to adhere to this communication policy may result in refusal of future orders and cessation of contact.
