By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital product from The Manor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service. Violation of these terms may result in permanent loss of access to products and server privileges.

1. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any product from KomiVRC. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. LICENSE & USAGE RIGHTS

All products sold by KomiVRC are for personal use only unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased files for your own personal projects within VRChat.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share any files, assets, or packages (paid or free).
• Split a purchase or share downloads with others.
• Claim any product, in whole or in part, as your own creation.
• Upload or use avatars on another person’s account.
• Make avatars public or share upload-ready versions.
• Use any model or asset on other platforms beyond VRChat without written permission.

3. ASSET & BASE USAGE

Do not extract, rip, or reuse assets, textures, or bases from any avatar or model purchased.

If a product includes assets made by third-party creators, you are required to purchase those assets directly from their original sources, which will be linked in the product description.

4. REFUNDS & SUPPORT

All digital sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact me via a Discord support ticket within the official server for assistance.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Lack of technical knowledge (e.g., Unity setup, VRChat uploading)
• Incompatibility with your system or software

Basic Unity and VRChat knowledge is required prior to purchase.

5. AVATAR TERMS

• Avatars are currently PCVR only. Quest-compatible versions are not available.
• KomiVRC is not responsible for broken avatars due to VRChat or Unity updates. Updates or fixes will be provided at my discretion.
• You may use purchased avatars for content creation (e.g., streaming, videos, social media) provided that proper credit is given (tagging or listing KomiVRC in your description).
• You may edit avatars as desired, however:
• You may not alter the base body or head sculpt .
• You are fully responsible for any issues or damage caused by your own edits or modifications.

6. SERVER FREEBIES

Free items or discount codes offered in KomiVRC’s Discord server are a privilege, not a right.

Users who join solely to claim free items or codes and immediately leave the server will be banned and permanently denied future access to KomiVRC’s products and community.

7. LIABILITY

All products are provided “as is.”

KomiVRC is not liable for any damages, data loss, or other issues resulting from the use or misuse of these products. By purchasing, you agree to assume full responsibility for your own setup and experience.

8. AGREEMENT

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from KomiVRC’s Discord server and loss of access to all previously purchased products.
