Welcome to Kontagious Art Designs, where we are taking digital art to the next level. Our products include, but are not limited to, digital journal covers, digital affirmation cards, digital gift tags, and AI images. Customers will receive a download link upon purchase with instructions on how to access the digital product. All downloads are typically instant, but please allow at least 5 minutes for delivery in case of technical delays. Customers are prohibited from reselling, modifying, sharing, or transferring any digital product that is purchased from Kontagious Art Designs. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns or refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed. However, if you experience any issues with downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of purchase for assistance.

For special services and requests for items such as digital greeting cards, business flyers, and invitations, Kontagious Art Designs will charge a $20 consultation fee before any services are rendered. The customer will receive an invoice by email to pay for the cost of the consultation. Any information given from the consultation should not be discussed with other designers.  Kontagious Art Designs will schedule the requested service and will inform the customer of an estimated date of completion of service. There is a $25 design fee which will be charged in addition to the purchase. If the customer chooses to use their own photos, please make sure the photos are in good quality. Kontagious Art Designs will not be responsible for blurred or distorted images. The customer will receive two (2) draft designs to review. Any adjustments, requests, or suggestions must be made BEFORE services of the design begin. The customer will receive an invoice for services once final decisions have been made. If any changes are made after services have begun, there will be a $15 service fee added to your total purchase.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your orders. For immediate orders, please allow 1-3 business days. This does not include weekends. There will be a $50 rush fee for all immediate orders. Kontagious Art Designs will not process any orders during major holidays. As previously stated, all products will be received digitally. The customer will be asked to provide an email address to receive a download link once services have been completed. The customer will be able to print the design themselves or send to a printing store (Walgreens, Office Depot, etc)
