KORDAUX POLICIES & SUPPORT
Kordaux is developed and published by Outerbridge Media LLC.
SUPPORT
For download problems, damaged files, missing files, or product questions, contact:
outerbridgemediallc@gmail.com
Please include your order email address, product name, and a description of the issue. Support does not include custom workbook development, individualized publishing services, legal advice, tax advice, or technical support for unrelated third-party software.
DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY
Kordaux products are delivered as digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.
Customers are responsible for confirming that they have compatible software and sufficient device storage before purchasing. Product descriptions identify the included formats and materials.
REFUND POLICY
Because Kordaux products are delivered digitally and customers receive immediate access to downloadable files, purchases are generally final.
Refunds or replacement access may be considered when:
• the purchased files cannot be downloaded;
• the delivered files are damaged or materially incomplete;
• the customer was charged more than once for the same order; or
• a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
A change of mind, failure to read the product description, lack of compatible software, or inability to use the materials for a customer’s specific project does not ordinarily qualify for a refund.
Contact Outerbridge Media LLC within 14 days of purchase when reporting a genuine delivery or file defect.
LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE
Each purchase grants one individual customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license, subject to the license documents included with the purchased product.
Customers may use and adapt their working copies for their own author, publishing, or creative-business projects.
Customers may not:
• resell, redistribute, sublicense, upload, share, or give away the original files;
• sell modified versions as templates, tools, workbooks, or competing products;
• provide shared access to other individuals, teams, clients, organizations, or businesses unless a separate license permits it;
• remove or misrepresent Kordaux or Outerbridge Media ownership notices; or
• use the files to create a substantially similar commercial product.
Product-specific license documents included in each download control if they contain more detailed terms.
COMPATIBILITY
The products include the file formats stated on their individual sales pages. Microsoft Excel functionality may differ when files are opened using other spreadsheet applications.
Google Sheets access is included only where expressly stated in the product description or accompanying documentation.
Customers should preserve an untouched backup copy before editing any workbook.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Kordaux names, branding, product designs, workbooks, documentation, PDFs, templates, graphics, and related original materials are owned by Outerbridge Media LLC.
Purchasing a product grants permission to use it under the applicable license. It does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, ownership, or resale rights.
EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION
Kordaux products provide organizational tools and general educational information. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, or professional publishing advice.
Customers remain responsible for their own decisions, records, filings, contracts, platform submissions, and professional consultations.
PRIVACY
Outerbridge Media LLC may receive customer information necessary to process orders, deliver files, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain transaction records, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.
Payment details are processed through the connected payment and commerce providers. Outerbridge Media LLC does not intentionally sell customer personal information.
