Kratom leaf

What is Kratom?

Kratom is a plant native to Southeast Asia, made from the leaves of Mitragyna speciosa. Traditionally used in countries like Thailand and Malaysia, it has long been valued for boosting energy, easing pain, and improving mood. Today, it’s sold as powder, capsules, tea, and extracts, and is used for pain management, anxiety, focus, and opioid harm reduction.

Its effects vary by dose. Lower amounts tend to feel stimulating and clarifying, while higher doses are more sedating and analgesic. This flexibility is part of kratom’s appeal—but also part of its risk.

Kratom can be habit-forming. Frequent or high-dose use may lead to tolerance, dependence, and withdrawal symptoms such as fatigue, irritability, restlessness, and low mood. While many people use it responsibly, others escalate unintentionally. Supporters see it as an opioid alternative, while critics cite research inconsistency.

The digital products in this shop are meant to guide the user in ways that are conducive to his well-being, whether that means tapering, controlling use or quitting.
