THE FOUNDER

Kalondon Collins

Founder of KravedConcepts

Welcome to From Zero to booked, where entrepreneurship, hospitality, and financial growth come together.

My name is Kalondon Collins, and I’m an entrepreneur passionate about creating opportunities through short-term rentals, Airbnb hosting, co-hosting, and business development.

I created KravedConcepts with a vision to provide quality hospitality experiences while helping aspiring entrepreneurs understand how to enter the short-term rental industry.

Through my journey, I’ve learned the importance of taking action, building strong business foundations, understanding your numbers, and creating opportunities beyond traditional employment.

That’s why I created From Zero to Booked: The Ultimate Airbnb Starter Blueprint — to help beginners understand the steps involved in starting and managing a short-term rental business, even without owning property.

My mission is simple: Educate. Inspire. Build. Grow.

I believe success starts with knowledge, consistency, and the willingness to turn an idea into something real.

Whether you’re looking to become an Airbnb host, start co-hosting, or explore rental arbitrage, this guide is designed to give you the foundation to begin your journey.

Welcome to KravedConcepts — Where Vision Meets Opportunity.
