1. When will I receive my physical book order?
Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery.
Books are made to order and shipped in two steps—once to me for quality check, then directly to you. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is shipped out.
2. How do I get my digital download?
You’ll get an instant download link right after checkout and in your email. All digital products are delivered as PDF files.
3. Can I print the digital books at home?
Yes! Most downloads are formatted at 8.5 x 11 inches for easy printing or use on your tablet.
4. What if I have issues downloading?
No problem! Just email me at [your email] and I’ll resend your file directly.
5. Do you offer refunds?
Digital downloads are non-refundable. For physical books, replacements may be considered if damaged or lost in shipping.
6. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, physical books ship to U.S. addresses only. Digital downloads are available worldwide.
Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: Only if you're located in Michigan. A 6% sales tax is required on physical product orders shipped within the state. Digital downloads are not taxed. Any applicable tax will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Due to the nature of my products, all digital downloads are non-refundable. Once purchased, they are instantly accessible and considered final.
For physical books, refunds or replacements are only offered if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with a description and clear photos. I’ll do my best to resolve it.
