Due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital products (PDFs, Guitar Pro files, zip files), all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or delivered to your email.

2. Exceptions & File Issues

• Corrupted or Damaged Files: If the file you received is corrupted or unopenable, contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will resend a working copy.
