Krispy Keisha-Kay is a grateful mom of three, including a son with autism who inspires much of her advocacy. As a stroke survivor with a pig tissue valve, living with a defibrillator inside her heart, she walks each day with courage, faith, and gratitude. At 44, she stepped into a cultural pageant where she was honored as Miss Congeniality, Most Culturally Aware, and 2nd Runner Up. Her greatest passion is uplifting others through gratitude, worship, and her mission to spread awareness about autism and mental health, and the power of Almighty God.
