My name is Kay, and for a long time, I looked strong on the outside while silently falling apart on the inside. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected from myself, and carrying the weight of battles no one could see. I reached a moment where I knew something had to change — not just in my body, but in my mind, my spirit, and my daily habits.

I realized that no one was coming to save me.

I had to fight for the woman I wanted to become.

It wasn’t motivation that changed my life — it was consistency.

Showing up on the days I wanted to quit.

Choosing discipline instead of repeating old patterns.

Learning to trust God with the pieces of me I didn’t know how to fix.

Through that process, I rebuilt myself.

I gained strength, clarity, and faith. I found my voice and my purpose.

And now, I’m here to help other women rise in the same way.

I created Dark Wing Fitness as a space for women who are tired of surviving and ready to become — to heal, to grow, and to step into their power. My programs, meal plans, and consistency tools are designed to support transformation from the inside out — not just muscles, but mindset, discipline, self-worth, and spiritual alignment.
