Kshatra Forge STL License

By purchasing, downloading, or using Kshatra Forge STL files, you agree to the following terms.

What You Receive

You receive a non-exclusive license to use the purchased digital STL files. Ownership and copyright of the models remain with Kshatra Forge and/or the respective rights holders.

Personal Use

You may:

Download and keep the purchased files.
3D print the models for personal use.
Display or gift physical prints.

You may not:

Sell physical prints unless commercial use is permitted for that product.
Share, resell, upload, or redistribute the STL files.
Claim the models or artwork as your own.

Commercial Use

If the product includes commercial-use rights, you may 3D print and sell physical products made from the licensed files.

Commercial use does not permit you to sell, share, upload, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the digital STL files.

Attribution to Kshatra Forge when promoting or selling physical prints is appreciated.

Modifications

You may modify the files for personal printing or permitted commercial physical products. Modified digital files may not be distributed or sold.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

Upload the files to file-sharing sites, repositories, marketplaces, torrents, or social media.
Include the STL files in another digital product.
Sell or transfer your license to another person or business.
Use the files to create or distribute competing digital STL products.

Refunds

Because STL files are digital products delivered electronically, purchases are generally non-refundable after download, except where required by applicable law or where Kshatra Forge determines that a refund or replacement is appropriate.

Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, or using Kshatra Forge STL files, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this license.
