Terms of Service

• You are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from redistributing my packages or their contents in any manner without explicit authorization. To gift them, please use Payhips's gift option and provide the required information.
• MUST upload any avatar of mine as private, public uploads are not allowed under any circumstances
• NO refunds- as this is a digital product i cannot receive said digital product back
• DO NOT claim it as your own work, even if you have changed and edited it for yourself.
• Using my Mdels/Assets for Social medias is allowed, but you must credit me
• Splitting the price of my models/assets among multiple users is NOT allowed.
• You are PROHIBITED from taking, reusing, or repurposing any parts, assets, textures, or similar elements from my avatars.
• I reserve the right to take down any model/assets at anytime, If there is a product you purchased and i have taken down, please contact me and i will send you a file for said product.
• You may NOT headswap my edited head onto any other models for any reason without my permission.
• Any avatar made by me despite any edits being made is still considered a model made by me (kurumial), If any parts of the body remain on your edit it falls into this category. You may not make your edits public unless you have specific permission from me. (if you ask i will most likely say yes, so please just ask.)
