Write One Good Song

Bring Your Creative Potential To Life.

Begin Your Songwriters Journey

This course is a step-by-step spiritual guide for creatives and upcoming songwriters who want to fight Resistance, unlock Creativity and write ONE GOOD song.

Why This Course?

Most songwriting courses I’ve come across focus on theory, scales or fixed templates. To me that is NOT the essence of songwriting. That's why I made this course.

I’ll guide you into your own inner well of creativity, help you dissolve the blocks that keep you from writing and teach you practical songwriting tools for shaping your lyrics.

And after the theory: We will actually write one good song together.

Step 1: Overcome Your Biggest Enemy – Resistance

Before we write, we meet the force that keeps us from writing. You’ll learn how Resistance shows up as perfectionism, procrastination, self-doubt and “I’m not ready yet” and discover practical ways to dissolve creative blocks.

Step 2: Connect with Your Greatest Ally – Your "Inner Artist"

Instead of waiting to be inspired enough to write, we'll learn how to nurture and work with your inner well of creativity. Begin to tap into inspiration on purpose, not just when "it strikes".

Step 3: Master the Skill – Songwriting Craft

Learn concrete techniques and structures you can use to shape lyrics and melodies that move souls.

… and finally: Write ONE GOOD song.

Connect To Creativity & Learn The Craft

Lifetime access to the full 8+ hour Songwriting Course for a one-time payment of 97 €. The course is complete, but I’m actively expanding and refining it! You can return to this course whenever resistance returns, whenever a new song begins, or whenever you want to add another technique to your craft. This course is a lively tree that will keep growing with you!

Hello!

I’m Kuzan Aoi — a wandering singer-songwriter. In 2018, during an adventure in Japan, I wrote my first song that truly felt good to me. I was hiking with a tiny wordbook, my loyal ukulele Sweet Potato Oden and a curious heart. Ancient roads led me to shrines, holy mountains and one clear realization:

This is what I love!

Since then, I’ve written songs on the road, in mountains, forests, trains, churches, around campfires and wherever the journey carried me. Music became my companion. That’s where the wandering musician spirit was born. I started my songwriters journey.

A Fellow Traveler, Not a Guru

I don’t teach songwriting from a place of academic perfection.

My qualification is that I live songwriting! For me, being a songwriter is not just knowledge – it’s a way of life: walking in alignment with your inner source of creativity, playful, curious and conscious about this journey of life.

I’m not here to turn you into a perfect academic musician. I’m here to walk beside you as a fellow traveler — someone who loves songs, studies the craft and has spent years learning what it means to follow the artist’s path.

If that speaks to you, welcome!

Let’s write the song!

This Isn’t For Everyone

If you’re here for a quick “hit song” formula…

If you’re hoping the song will somehow write itself for you, or that just watching alone will magically make you a songwriter…

Then this isn’t for you.

I’m not here for virality or teaching you how to hack the Spotify algorithm. I’m here for the creative path of songwriting. This craft asks you to show up with an open heart, your wordbook, your instrument… again and again.

Songwriting is less about talent and more about returning!

This journey is for you if:

  • you’re willing to face resistance and write anyway,
  • you care more about truth than perfection,
  • you’re ready to treat songwriting as a practice, not a one-time event.

If you’re here to walk that path – step by step, one good song at a time – then you’re exactly where you need to be.

Voices From The Journey

Kuzan is one of the most passionate and dedicated musicians I know. He has committed himself for years to mastering the art and craft of songwriting, and you can hear that depth in every song he writes.

His music has been a constant companion on my own journey and travels, and I've experienced first-hand how much heart, honesty and care he pours into his work.

What makes this course so powerful is not just his musical skill or the technical know-how of writing a song, but that it also speaks to the emotional and spiritual layers of creating music!

Kuzan fully lives and embodies what he teaches. And he communicates with lots of clarity and playfulness.

So if you want to write meaningful songs that are in alignment with your truth, I couldn't recommend his course more. It's highly resonant and deeply practical!!

— Philip "Vergo" Haunhorst

I’ve known Kuzan Aoi since his very first steps in music and have watched him grow over the past ten years. It’s amazing to see how his songwriting has developed and how clearly his own style has emerged.

Kuzan truly lives music! On every trip he brings his ukulele, and he always finds people to play with. Even on our long multi-week hikes, the ukulele is always with him and gets played often.

I really appreciate his open, creative way of writing music and the joy he brings to it. With him, you can honestly feel that music is a natural part of his life.

— Philip Lüße

Kuzans music is born from the sounds, the wind, the scents, and even the fleeting sensations felt in nature, all woven together into words.

The way he captures nature’s ever-changing faces through his own unique sensibility and turns them into lyrics is like setting off on a journey in search of a new story. The energy he receives from nature is returned as the energy of melody and verse, breathing again as music.

Just as every person has their own way of feeling the world, watching the way he creates music gently invites you to ask yourself: What do I feel, how do I feel it, and how do I give it shape?

What his music shares is more than just the act of writing songs. It’s a way of gently tying together the things and environments around you with your own emotions and point of view.

Within his songs, these stories and energies live. You are invited simply to let go, drift along with the flow of the music, and enjoy whatever they feel in that gentle space.
