Who Is Wadia ?

Born and bred in the heart of Philly, my life was like living in a never-ending reality TV show. Picture loud arguments, flying ashtrays, and enough drama to keep the whole block entertained. With my parents married (before I came along) and seven kids in the mix, chaos was the name of the game.

By the time I was 17, I had enough. I packed my bags and headed to Atlanta for college, hoping to hit reset. But life had other plans. College didn’t vibe with me, and before I knew it, I dropped out and found myself was on the streets—literally. I started hustling door-to-door, selling everything from magazine subscriptions to household miracle cleaners. Glamorous? Nah. But it taught me the grind, persistence, and how to close a deal.

Entrepreneurship wasn’t just something I stumbled into—it was in my blood. Growing up, my dad was the king of side hustles, teaching me how to do everything from painting to laying floor tiles. My mom even had her own small water ice stand in front of the house, and I was right there, soaking it all in. I knew the hustle was part of my DNA.

I wasn’t stopping there. I sold CDs and DVDs on subway trains and in bars, designed custom T-shirts, made candy bouquets, and even braided hair and slayed weaves. I finally went back to college and ran a platter business for my classmates like a true boss, feeding them while stacking my coins. And of course, bartending—that was my bread and butter for years. If you’ve ever worked a bar, you know it’s all hustle. Every tip was earned, every drink sold was a mini negotiation. You had to read people, work the crowd, and keep that money flowing.

But let me tell you, entrepreneurship isn’t just about selling products—it’s about being adaptable, communicating across all walks of life, and meeting people where they are. I even worked as a job coach, helping people with physical and intellectual disabilities find their way in the workforce. That experience taught me patience, empathy, and how to communicate on a deeper level. It also helped me understand the wide variety of ways people approach work and hustle.

As much as I thrived in the business world, toxic cycles from my childhood crept into my own relationships. I found myself living out the same toxic patterns I witnessed growing up. It wasn’t easy to break free from that, but I did. I took a hard look at myself, took ownership of my mistakes, and committed to growing into the person I knew I could be. I walked away from a marriage that was dragging me down, broke and scared but determined. And here I am—still hustling, still grinding, but doing it on my terms.

Now, I’m on a mission to help other women, especially entrepreneurs, date smarter, hustle harder, and live life on their own terms. Whether it’s building your business or building a relationship that doesn’t suck the life out of you, I’ve got the blueprint.

You can have the love life and the hustle, without sacrificing one for the other. Ready to roll with me and level up? Let’s get it.
