All digital downloads grant a personal-use license only. You may not resell, recreate, redistribute, or reproduce any products sold and/or created by the Lawrence County Historical Society (LCHS)

PERMISSIONS and USE RESTRICTIONS

Our copyrighted training materials are for personal use only. Any duplication, broadcast, other distribution, electronic storage, or sell / resell of this copyrighted material is strictly forbidden. Thank you for your attention and adherence to these permissions and use restrictions.

PREPAYMENT (USD) REQUIRED. All orders are pre-paid in US dollars (USD). We do not accept Purchase Orders. Payments can be made through PayPal. and will will show as "LCHS SHOP"

By submitting a credit or debit card number, you:

• represent and warrant that your use of the particular card is authorized and that all information that you submit is true and accurate; and
• (b) authorize LCHS to charge to the card you submitted all amounts payable by you based on the Products you order and the tax incurred.

You may be subject to validation checks and/or third party authorizations depending on your method of payment.

CUSTOMS and OTHER TAXES

• For orders purchased by customers in an EU Country, the appropriate VAT amount is automatically added to your order.
• For orders purchased by customers from outside the USA and whose IP Addresses is outside the EU, there are no taxes for digital products.
• For orders purchased by customers whose IP Addresses are in the UK, the appropriate VAT amount is automatically added to your order.
• For orders purchased by customers whose IP Address is in Pennsylvania, the appropriate 6% tax on digital products is automatically added to your order.

REFUNDS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES POLICY: ALL SALES FINAL

We do not offer any refunds on any digital products. Please read the descriptions carefully so you will know what you are ordering. It is up to the customer to use the appropriate devices in order to play the digital files and view any PDF files. 

DELIVERY

Digital Products bought through this Lawrence County Historical Society store are delivered by Payhip via download to your personal computer or device. All items are instant digital downloads and there is no physical product to be shipped.

Please ensure that the email used to make the purchase is accurate and can receive mail. We cannot be responsible for any digital downloads that are not sent due to incorrect email addresses.

END USER LICENSE

Our store is hosted on Payhip. They provide LCHS with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our digital products to you.

By proceeding with a purchase, you will enter into a consumer contract with Payhip Limited (a company registered in England with registration no 08386910) who will supply digital content on a non-tangible medium (Digital Content) to you subject to the terms of the End User license granted in paragraph 3 (posted on the payhip.com website).

WARRANTY POLICY

All our digital programs are guaranteed to work. If a digital file is found to be defective, contact us immediately. However, it is up to the customer to use the appropriate devices in order to play our digital files. 

COPYRIGHT

The products are copyrighted material. The purchaser is licensed to use the product for personal use.

CHANGES

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
