A processing time of 24 to 72 hours may be required before shipment.


3. International Shipping

Some products are shipped directly from our logistics partners located in China.


The Customer acknowledges that:


Delivery time may be affected by customs formalities.

The sender's name may differ from the website name.

Packages may be shipped in neutral packaging.

4. Customs Duties and Taxes

In accordance with applicable regulations:


Orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the destination country.

These potential charges are the responsibility of the Customer.

The Seller cannot be held liable for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.


For France and the European Union, VAT is generally included in the price at the time of purchase, in accordance with the IOSS system where applicable.


5. Split Shipments

If an order contains several products, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability.


This does not incur any additional cost for the Customer.


6. Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided when available.


Tracking may take 2 to 5 days to activate after shipment.


7. Exceptional Delay

If a delay exceeds 30 days after the maximum estimated delivery date, the Customer may contact customer service.


A solution (reshipment or refund) may be offered after verification with the carrier.


8. Unclaimed Package / Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to:


An incorrect address provided by the Customer

Failure to collect the package

Refusal to pay customs fees

The Customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
