Our company is predominantly a collection of career counselors and coaches. By our nature, we are driven by our values and believe in the power contained within each and every one of us. This foundation is a requirement because that’s what it takes to deliver such a personal service like career coaching.
In 2013, as a team we collaborated to create our mission. We proudly display a large print of the image below in our office. It is the first thing our coaches, clients and prospective clients see when they enter our office. It is a motivational reminder about why we do what we do: We partner with our clients to achieve their goals and empower transformation by leading with integrity, competence, compassion and heart.
